The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. While it's not directly on the main road, the internal roads within the project are well-built. The proximity to the Mumbai Bangalore Highway is also convenient for occasional travel. Media Estates Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have focused on basic necessities.
