S R Buildeand Developehave delivered a ready-to-move property, completed in June 2012, which means my parents could move in immediately. The 900 square feet built-up area is comfortable for them. The location in Jhotwara, Jaipur, is accessible via NH - 8, which is good for them to travel if needed. I specifically looked for projects with 24x7 Security and Power Backup, as these are essential for their safety and comfort. The presence of Rain Water Harvesting is also a positive environmental feature. While I haven't seen the property myself recently, my parents are happy with the spaciousness and the amenities provided by the developer.

The Children's Play Area is a big hit with my kids, they spend a lot of time there. We also appreciate the 24x7 Security. The only drawback is the dust on the roads in this area, which seems to be a common issue in Jhotwara. We are hoping the developer addresses this with more greenery.
