The 1100 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment fits my needs perfectly, and the price of around 64 Lakhs is reasonable for the amenities offered. I saw they have 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which is very important for me. The landscaping and tree planting also add a nice touch of nature. It's under construction now, with completion expected in January 2027. My only slight worry is the parking; it's listed as closed car parking, but I hope it's spacious enough. Being close to Medicover Hospitals, just a 6-minute drive, is a huge comfort for my peace of mind.
