Finally, we are moving out of our rental place! We bought a plot at MCB The Retreat. Being teache, our budget was a bit tight, but the plots start at a very attractive 7.5 Lakh. We chose a 1000 Sq.ft plot. MCB Aassetz Buildehas provided good amenities like a club house and a skating rink, which the kids will enjoy. It's also a gated community with 24x7 security, giving us peace of mind. The Sriperumbudur Bus Stop is nearby, making commuting easier. The only downside is the actual road access to the project can be a little congested during peak hou, but we feel it is worth it for our own home.
