I decided to invest in a plot at MCB Greenest. The 900 Sq.ft option was affordable, priced at around 3.6 Lakh. Being Ready to Move is a plus. I chose this location in Sriperumbudur because of its potential growth and proximity to major roads like Arakkonam Road. The developer, MCB Aassetz Builde, has been around for a while. The amenities like a children's play area and club house are nice, even if I don't have kids right now. My only concern is that the road access to the main areas might get congested during peak hou, being close to Arakkonam Road.

I bought a 2250 Sq.ft plot at MCB Greenest in Valarpuram. The price was around 9 Lakh, which was acceptable for the size. It's a Ready to Move project by MCB Aassetz Builde, completed back in 2013. The location is decent, with Arakkonam Road nearby. They offer good amenities like a club house and children's play area. However, the surrounding area can get quite dusty during dry spells, which is a bit of a nuisance. Also, getting OC received status wasn't readily available which made me hesitate a bit, but the price was good.
