Also, National Gems Higher Secondary School being so close is a bonus for any visiting grandchildren. The 24X7 water supply and power backup are crucial for senior citizens, and MBRK Developehave provided these. The location in Behala, Naskarpur is a well-established area. My parents feel secure with the car parking arrangements. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable going forward.
