It's also ready to move, which meant our kids didn't have to disrupt their school year. The Vastu compliance was a plus for our family traditions. We appreciated the rain water harvesting system as well. The price of 68.91 L for the larger 3 BHK was at the higher end of our budget, but the location and school proximity made it worth it.
