    We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and found MB South Enclave. The 3 BHK apartments are quite large, starting from 1656 Sq.ft built up area, giving us plenty of room. It's very convenient having Maharishi Vidya Mandir School nearby for the kids. The price point was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 90 Lakhs, but the space and location made it worthwhile. We are still waiting for the completion certificate and OC, which is a slight concern. Overall, the quality seems good and it’s ready to move in which was a big plus for us. MB Realtohas been responsive to our queries.

The built-up area of 1400 Sq.ft is decent for the price bracket of 70-80 Lakhs. My main concern is the traffic on Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road during peak hou, which can be frustrating. Also, finding parking for visitocan sometimes be difficult. However, the proximity to Narayana Hospital and good connectivity makes it a strategic location. MB Realtodelivered what they promised in terms of structure and basic amenities. The ready-to-move aspect was key for me.
