I looked at the 1 BHK apartment, which is compact at 265 Sq.ft, suitable for single occupancy. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2026. I found the amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance reassuring. Being close to the Junagadh-Jamnagar Highway will also be convenient for travel. The only slight concern is that Udhyognagar Road can get quite busy during peak hou, but the proximity to the hospital is a huge advantage for my professional.
