I recently visited Mayukkh by Shivom Realty, looking at their 3 BHK apartments which range from 1056 Sq.ft to 1207 Sq.ft. The project is located in Ramchandrapur, Kolkata, and has modern G+5 buildings with over 50% open space, which is quite impressive. The availability of south-facing homes and three sides open apartments are good points. However, the budget of 49.3 L to 68.81 L is a significant investment, and I felt the pricing was a little on the higher side compared to other projects in the vicinity. Also, the dust from ongoing construction in the area was noticeable. It is ready to move, which is a positive, but the lack of OC availability is a concern for me at this stage. The gymnasium and swimming pool are standard offerings.
