I recently purchased a 2 BHK villa in Mayons Vriksham Grande. It’s ready to move in, which was a priority for me. The built-up area is 1200 square feet, which is quite comfortable for a single peon or a small family. Having 24/7 water supply and Vastu compliant structures were important factoin my decision. The price was around 1.5 Crore, which I felt was reasonable for the configuration and the developer's reputation. The main downside for me is that Prozone Mall is 11 kilometeaway, making quick shopping trips less convenient than I would prefer. However, the internal roads and landscaping look well done.
