I purchased a flat here primarily for its ready-to-move status and the reputation of Mayflower Enterprises Pvt Ltd. The 1999 square feet 3 BHK flat provides ample space. The project is located in Saibaba Colony, which is a well-known area. The children's play area and the amphitheater are good facilities for families. I appreciate the closed car parking provided with the apartment. The price point of 1.55 Crore onwards seemed reasonable for the area and amenities offered. One slight drawback is that the project was completed in March 2015, so it's not a brand new construction, but it seems well-maintained.
