The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, around 1100 square feet built up area. The price point of 80.0 Lakh onwards fit our budget. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance, offering good security. The location in New Town is developing well. My only concern is the potential traffic congestion during peak hou, as it's near the main road. Overall, it seems like a decent place for a family relocating.
