We were looking for a villa with enough space for our two children and found Mayberry to be a good option. The children's play area is well-maintained, and it's nice to see them playing safely within the gated community. Manchester Properties seems to have put thought into family needs. The location on Mettupalayam Road is convenient for school runs, especially with Manchester International School nearby. We opted for a 3.5 BHK villa which is quite spacious at 1670 sq.ft. The 24x7 water supply is a relief, no more worrying about timings. The only slight drawback is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon Mettupalayam Road.

After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own place. Mayberry caught our eye because it is ready to move in, which suited our immediate needs. We picked a 2 BHK villa; the built-up area is 907 sq.ft which feels much more open than our old rental flat. The proximity to TeacheColony Bus Stop is helpful for commuting, and the nearby grocery shop within the community is very convenient for daily essentials. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for us. While the price is a bit higher than we initially planned, the quality of construction and the overall ambiance of the gated community made us feel it was a worthwhile investment.

I recently moved into Mayberry, a villa project by Manchester Properties in Coimbatore. The villa is comfortable, and the 24x7 security provides peace of mind. Having Dr. Dasarathan Memorial Hospital close by is reassuring. I chose a 2.5 BHK villa, which offeadequate space for my needs. The community has street lighting which makes evening walks pleasant. One concern is the dust from the ongoing development on the periphery; it can be a bit botheome at times. However, the overall quietness of the residential area and the general upkeep of the common spaces are good. It's a decent place for a peaceful retired life.

The Vastu compliant design was important to us. Being a gated community with 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The availability of a grocery shop within the complex is a huge convenience, saving us trips to the main road. While the location near Thudiyalur on Mettupalayam Road is good for connectivity, the noise from NH181 can be audible at times, especially during the day. Overall, it's a good residential project.
