The project offesome unique amenities like a terrace garden and professional termite treatment, which adds value. The location in Tusyana, Surajpur is accessible via NH 43 and NH 78. However, the build-up area for the 2 BHK seems a little compact at 950 square feet maximum, which might be a concern for some tenants.
