    After yeaof renting, my wife and I decided to buy our own flat in Nagpur. We looked at Maxx Sanman B in Besa. The 1500 Sq.ft 2.5 BHK configuration offemuch more space than our current rental. The price of 57 Lakh was a bit stretched for us, but we managed with a loan. Having the Airport Metro Station close by (2.01 Km) is beneficial for my commute. The developer, Maxx Builde& Develoep, delivered this project back in 2013, and it's ready to move. The only slight issue we've noticed is that the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be heavy, impacting travel time sometimes. Otherwise, the Vastu compliant design is nice.
