I purchased a flat in Max Residency because it's in S S Colony, Madurai, which is a well-connected area. Being a government employee, I value stability and a quiet neighborhood. This project by Max Properties offe24/7 security which is important. The flat is ready to move, saving us the hassle of waiting. The multipurpose room and community hall are good facilities to have. My only real concern is the parking. While car parking is available, it feels a bit tight especially when visitocome over. Other than that, the 24/7 water supply is consistent and the landscaping looks well-maintained.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade from our rental accommodation, and Max Residency in S S Colony felt right for us. We opted for a 2 BHK flat which is ready to move. The proximity to Arappalayam Bus Stop, a short distance, is very convenient for our daily travel to school. We appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the power backup system. The children's play area is well-maintained, and the community hall is a good space for events. The main concern for us is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's close to the main road. Also, the car parking spaces are a bit compact. However, the overall amenities like the gymnasium and security provided by Max Properties are satisfactory for our needs.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Max Residency. I liked the idea of a ready-to-move-in flat in S S Colony. The project has a children's play area, which is great for future planning, and a gymnasium. The 24/7 security is reassuring. The location is also very close to Vikaasa School, a short distance, which is a big plus. The internal roads and footpaths look good, and the landscaping is decent. My only reservation is the price, which wasn't provided, but from what I've heard, it's a bit higher than I expected. Still, the overall feel of the project is positive and Max Properties seems to have a good reputation.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Max Residency in S S Colony. It's ready to move which was a huge plus for us. The location is pretty convenient, Vikaasa School and Devaki Hospital are literally a short distance. This makes our daily commute much easier. The children's play area is nice and the kids love it. We also appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the power backup is reliable so far. The only slight issue we've found is that the internal roads within the complex can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it feels like a good place for young families starting out.

One thing I've noticed is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome at times, but hopefully, that will subside soon. The landscaping is quite pleasant.
