My partner and I were searching for a modern apartment in Hyderabad and Mava Residency caught our eye. We are considering a 780 square feet 2 BHK unit. The amenities like the swimming pool and internet/Wi-Fi are perfect for our lifestyle. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting. The proximity to VIHAAN ACADEMY is great for future planning. The only drawback we noticed was that the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the location in Chintalakunta is quite central for us, being close to LB Nagar. We are seriously considering booking here.
