The proximity to Bariatu Road is also beneficial for accessing other parts of the city. While the location is excellent, the construction site nearby does generate some dust, which can be a minor annoyance.

One thing we noticed is the internal roads could be a bit wider, makes navigating with two caa bit tricky sometimes. Overall, a decent start for us.
