We really appreciate the jogging track and the dedicated yoga meditation area as it helps us maintain our daily routine. The gazebo is a lovely spot to sit and read in the evenings. Since the project is ready to move, we did not have to wait for any long handover process. Being near Wardha Road ensures we have easy access to essential services and transport links when we need to visit the main city center. The staff was quite helpful during our site visit and answered all our questions regarding the water supply and electricity connections without any hesitation.

While the project is ready to move, I think the entrance road could have been wider to accommodate heavy vehicles during the construction phase. Other than that minor point, everything seems to be in order for a premium residential development in Nagpur.

Nationalized banks are providing loans without much hassle here. The price range starting from 21.5 Lakh is competitive compared to other upcoming plots in the Nagpur area. I would have liked to see more tree cover around the boundary, but otherwise, the infrastructure for roads and internal pathways seems solid. It is a ready to move project, so I can start construction whenever I want. Good option if you are planning to build your own house in a few yeatime.
