    We just finalized our fit home purchase at Matrix Suryakala Apartment. It's a 1 BHK, around 405 square feet carpet area. The location in Swargate, Ghorpade Peth seemed convenient, close to Swargate Bus Stop which is a big plus for commuting. We were looking for something ready to move and this fit the bill perfectly. The price was also within our initial budget, around 10.5 Lakhs which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. The builder, Matrix Develope, seems to have completed the project by January 2022. We haven't seen any OC details yet, but the salespeon assured us it's in process. The main concern for us is the potential traffic noise given the proximity to the bus stop. We will be visiting again on a weekday to check the actual noise levels.

The location in Ghorpade Peth, Swargate is excellent, with Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital and Sunderji's Global Academia nearby. Commuting is easy with the Swargate Bus Stop close by. The price for our unit was around 40 Lakhs. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems are also very sensible features. The only downside I have noticed is the dust from nearby ongoing construction, which is a common issue in developing areas but still a minor inconvenience.
