I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Matrix Metro Residency as a ready-to-move option for my parents. Bachupally is a developing area in North Hyderabad, and I believe it has good future potential. The main reason I chose this project was its proximity to Silver Oaks International School - Bachupally Campus, which is just a 2-minute drive away, making it convenient for my grandchildren. My parents are settling in well. The Mamyata Hospital is also nearby. I did notice that the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading to the project, which is something to consider. However, the overall build quality seems decent for the price.

My partner and I decided to buy our fit home in Matrix Metro Residency. We were looking for something in North Hyderabad, and Bachupally seemed like a good balance of price and development. The flat we got is a 2 BHK, and it’s perfect for us two. We are excited about moving in soon. The Miyapur Metro Station is only a short distance, which is great for our commute to work. We haven't seen any specific amenities listed, but the essential nearby facilities are good. We are still waiting to see how the maintenance services are handled by Matrix Homes. The construction looks solid from outside.

We have been living in Matrix Metro Residency for about six months now. The location in Bachupally, North Hyderabad, is quite peaceful and has good connectivity. It is very convenient for my wife to visit the Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences Hospital when needed, which is not too far. The 2 BHK flat we bought is spacious enough for our needs, although the living room could have been a bit larger. The developer, Matrix Homes, seems to be generally reliable based on our experience so far. We haven't faced any major issues with the building or services. The proximity to the Nehru Outer Ring road is also a plus for occasional travel outside the city.

We decided on Matrix Metro Residency for our family home in North Hyderabad. Our children attend Silver Oaks International School - Bachupally Campus, which is extremely close, literally a 2-minute drive. This was a major factor in our decision. The 3 BHK flat is comfortable for our family of four. We are happy that it is a ready-to-move project, so we could settle in without much delay. The Mamta Hospital is also nearby, which provides peace of mind. While the location is good, the immediate approach road could be better maintained and is sometimes congested during school drop-off and pick-up times. Matrix Homes has delivered a decent product.

The project being ready to move was a huge plus. The location is quite decent, with the Miyapur Metro Station a short distance, which is incredibly useful for my daily commute. I also appreciate being close to the Nehru Outer Ring road for weekend getaways. The only slight downside is that the roads around the immediate vicinity can get quite dusty during dry spells, which is a bit of a nuisance. Overall, I feel secure here.
