The 1250 square feet 3 BHK is exactly what we needed, offering enough room for us and guests. The price point of 70 Lakhs was within our budget. It is quite close to the Convention Centre Metro Station, only nearby, making commutes easy. We liked that it’s a Matri Properties project as we heard good things about their previous work. The biggest plus is that it was ready for us to move in right away after completion in June 2023. The area is developing nicely.
