Finding a place in Kochi that feels safe and convenient is key for me. Mather White Watein Thevara seemed like a good fit. I bought a 1480 sq.ft 3 BHK. The 24x7 security is a big plus for someone living alone. It's also ready to move, so I could settle in quickly. The proximity to VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL (3 KM) and Sacred Heart CMI Public School (2 KM) is useful, though I don't have children attending it. The price was around 71.88 Lakh. My only small concern is that the parking area seemed a bit tight when I visited. The club house is a nice place to relax.

We picked Mather White Wateprimarily for its location in Thevara, Kochi. Relocating here for work at VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL, which is only 3 kilometeaway, was a major factor. The 1480 sq.ft 3 BHK apartment is quite spacious for our family. Being ready to move in was a huge relief as we didn't want to wait. The gym and the children's play area are good amenities for staying active and for the kids. The highway access is also decent, about 2-close to the main nagar highway. Overall, it feels like a good place to settle in.
