The 1620 square feet three BHK flat is quite spacious for us and our needs. We liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a gymnasium right within the complex, makes weekends relaxing. Mather Projects seems to have a good reputation, and the project is ready to move which was a big plus. The security is also 24x7, which gives us peace of mind when we are at work. Overall, it feels like a good purchase for our fit home.
