After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and secure place. Mather Ivory Heights seemed like a good option. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment. The built-up area of 1927 square feet is sufficient for my needs. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the landscaping within the gated community. The gymnasium is a plus for staying active. However, I find the traffic noise from the nearby State Highway 15 can be a bit much during peak hou, even though it's nearby. The car parking is adequate for residents. Mather Projects delivered this project a while back, and it has held up reasonably well. It's a peaceful environment overall.

We were looking for a larger home for our growing family and found Mather Ivory Heights. We got a 4 BHK apartment, which is 3094 square feet. This size gives us plenty of room. The location is excellent, close to Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, which is why we chose this project. Medical Trust Hospital is also very close by. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool within the gated community is fantastic for the kids and us. Mather Projects has equipped the complex with 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives us peace of mind. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments can sometimes be a bother. It's a ready to move property.
