Master Properties delivered this project as ready to move. The proximity to Julien Day School (3 mins) was a major factor for us. The apartment itself has decent cross-ventilation. There's a children's play area and a jogging track, which is good for the family. The main issue we've noticed is the parking; it can get quite congested if many residents bring multiple caOtherwise, the living space is comfortable.
