We just moved into Marwell Heights B and it has been a smooth transition. Relocating to Hyderabad was a big decision, but this apartment complex made it easier. The 2 BHK unit we got has a built-up area of 1227 square feet, which is quite spacious for us. It's conveniently located near the Nehru Outer Ring Road and Bachupally Road, making my commute to the hospital manageable. The 24x7 water supply is a huge relief, especially compared to our previous place. The construction seems solid, and the builde, Marwell Homes, have been prompt with responses so far. My only slight worry is the distance to the metro station, it's a bit over 4 kilomete, so relying on a car for longer journeys is necessary. Overall, a good start in a new city.

Finding a decent place in Hyderabad was challenging, but Marwell Heights B offered a good option. I chose a 2 BHK apartment, around 1227 square feet, which is comfortable for me. The location in Gajularamaram Kukatpally is improving, and I liked that Tatva Global School is only nearby, although Haha Hospital is a bit further out at over nearby. The price of 50.31 Lakh was manageable for my budget. Having 24x7 water supply is essential, and they provide that. The biggest issue for me is the traffic during peak houwhen heading towards Bachupally Road; it can be quite frustrating. Despite that, the basic amenities are there, and the project feels secure enough for me.

The price for the 3 BHK goes up to 1.01 Crore, which is substantial but reflects the size. Marwell Homes has included important amenities like a water conservation system and sewage treatment plant, which are environmentally conscious. My only reservation is the distance to essential services like a proper hospital; nearby is a significant distance in an emergency. We also noticed some construction dust still lingering from nearby ongoing work, which we hope will settle soon.
