The proximity to Udgam School For Children (0.3 KM) and Shalby Hospitals (0.3 KM) offegreat convenience. Amenities like 24x7 water supply and a gymnasium are important for their comfort. The gated community provides security. While the project is from 2008, it seems well-maintained. My only minor concern was undetanding the exact status of the OC received, but Maruti Group has a decent reputation.
