The flat we chose is a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1760 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for our family. The price point between 1.14 Crore and 1.28 Crore was within our budget. We were also pleased to see good amenities like a children's play area and a swimming pool, which my kids are already enjoying.
