We finally moved into Maruti Ravikiran Phase I last month after renting for yeaThe 2 BHK apartment is a good size, around 483 square feet carpet area, which feels much better than our old place. My husband liked the landscaped gardens and the idea of a tree plantation. It's also great that RKL Galaxy International School is right at nearby distance, making the morning commute for our kids so much easier. The swimming pool looks inviting, though we haven't used it much yet. Construction quality seems decent. The only small issue is the traffic on Alandi Road during peak houcan get a bit much sometimes. Overall, a good upgrade for us.

The construction was completed in November 2018, and it feels solid. We picked a 2 BHK which has a carpet area of 700 square feet, plenty of space for the kids to play indooThe children's play area is also a big plus. The paved compound and landscaping are well done. One thing I've noticed is that the power backup system could be a bit more robust; there was a slight delay during the last power outage. Despite that, we are happy with the decision to buy here.
