The location in Makhmalabad offegood connectivity via SH-20 and the Nashik-Peth-Gujrat Highway. A key factor for me was the proximity to essential services, with a school and a heart research center located nearby. While the connectivity is good, the access road to the project site itself could be improved. It’s a bit narrow and can get congested.

It is very convenient that the Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madhyamik Ani Uchhmadhyamik Vidyalay and Shree Saibaba Heart Institute And Research Centre are practically next door, nearby. The project is currently under construction and is scheduled for possession in March 2028. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction work, which can be quite botheome sometimes.
