I am looking at the 3 BHK apartments, specifically the 981 square feet carpet area ones. They seem practical for a single peon or a small family. The construction is ready to move, which is a huge relief as I don't want to wait. The Yoga/Meditation area is something I plan to use regularly. My only minor concern is the valet parking; I'm not sure how efficient that will be daily. Overall, the proximity to the hospital and the metro station at nearby is very convenient.
