The presence of a cycling and jogging track is great for my morning runs. The price range is quite competitive for the space provided, starting from 37.99 Lakh. My only slight worry is the traffic on Padra Road during peak hou, as I need to get to the hospital quickly. However, the earthquake-resistant structure provides peace of mind. I am looking forward to settling in.

The developer, Maruti Enterprise, has also included amenities like a gymnasium and children's play area, which my mother will appreciate. The only thing I am a bit concerned about is the lack of clear information on OC received, but since it was completed in March 2014, I hope that is sorted. Overall, it feels like a solid choice for my parents' comfort.
