As a single working woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities when buying my fit apartment. Maruti Center Point offe24x7 security which gave me a lot of confidence. I bought a 2 BHK unit measuring 1200 square feet for about 52 Lakhs. It's great that Apollo Hospitals and ODM Public School are so close by, making commutes easy. The power backup is also a much-needed feature for me. The apartment layout is practical. The only thing I noticed is that the parking area can feel a little cramped if many people park their caat the same time.
