I recently purchased a 4 BHK flat in Maruti 360. The location in Bodakdev is quite central, close to S. G Highway. I was drawn to the unique selling point of 'Panoramic Views Hang with Clouds' and the Italian Marble Flooring throughout the apartment. The size of the 4 BHK I picked is 3000 Sq.ft, costing about 5.5 Crore. The project is still under construction, with completion targeted for December 2028. My main concern is the lack of available parking information, as I have a car. Otherwise, the solar lighting and solar power system are good eco-friendly features.

G Highway (0.5 km) and Sardar Patel Ring Road is strategically sound for future value. However, the construction dust is noticeable given the ongoing work, which is a common issue with under-construction properties. The availability of a mini theatre and gymnasium are good lifestyle amenities.

I am buying this flat for my parents who are living in Ahmedabad. The location in Bodakdev, opposite Wide Angle, is a well-known area and feels safe. Maruti Buildcon is constructing Maruti 360 and it's still under construction, due for completion in December 2028. I wanted something comfortable for them, so I looked at the 5 BHK flats which range from 2492 Sq.ft to 5232 Sq.ft. The price for these starts around 10 Crore. My parents will appreciate the Yoga/Meditation Area and the landscaping. The main concern is that the OC is not yet available, so I will have to wait a bit longer for possession. Still, the builder has a decent reputation.

However, being located opposite Wide Angle means traffic can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a slight worry for us.
