    Relocating to Chennai for work at MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, which is nearby, was the primary reason for choosing Maruthi Sindur Orchid. I bought a 3 BHK, about 1078 Sq.ft, for around 40 Lakh. The price is reasonable given the location and amenities. It is ready to move, so settling in will be quick. The developer, Maruthi Builder, has provided a gymnasium and a children's play area. The proximity to NH-5 is also beneficial for my commute. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for fitness. The only drawback is that the Madavaram Bus Terminal is a bit far at nearby, but that's manageable.
