We were looking for a 2 BHK in a developing area and Marutham Galaxy caught our eye. The carpet area for the 2 BHKs range from 780 Sq.ft to 1305 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space to grow. We chose one around 900 Sq.ft. The price point is quite attractive, starting from about 23.14 Lakhs and going up to 49.12 Lakhs for the larger flats. Having Ganga Hospital nearby is a huge relief for peace of mind. The construction quality seems solid from the outside. We are particularly excited about the mini theatre and the jogging track. Overall, it feels like a good investment for us.
