The price was around 48 Lakh, which I felt was fair considering the location and size. Reddiarpalayam is a growing area, and its connectivity is decent. The developer, Marutham Group, has completed projects before, so that gave me confidence. One thing I observed is that the common areas like the lift lobby could use better lighting and upkeep. Also, finding parking for visitocan sometimes be challenging.
