My husband, who handles our finances, found the pricing to be competitive for North Bangalore, especially considering it's ready to move. The overall budget of 51.68 Lakh to 1.14 Crore is well within our planned investment range. We checked the construction quality, and it looked solid. The gymnasium and swimming pool are good amenities for the family. The location in Vidyaranyapura is developing, and we anticipate good appreciation.

Having retired recently, I was looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful area. MaEnclave in North Bangalore offered a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 975 square feet. It is a decent size for me and my wife. The gymnasium is a good facility for staying active. The project is ready to move, which was a priority. The price point, starting at 51.68 Lakh, was within my budget. I do wish there was more information available about the completion status and OC received, as transparency is important. Parking seems adequate for now, but I wonder how it will be once more residents move in.

The price for the 4 BHK is at the higher end, reaching up to 1.14 Crore, but the quality and amenities seem to justify it. The ready-to-move aspect was crucial for my relocation.

The 2 BHK apartment we are considering has a built-up area between 975 and 1275 square feet, which is practical for our family. The inclusion of rainwater harvesting and a sports facility are great environmental and recreational features. The price range is between 51.68 Lakh and 1.14 Crore, and we are aiming for a 2 BHK within the lower end of this budget. We bought a 3 BHK here in MaEnclave. Our kids go to Vyasa International School, which is nearby, making the commute much easier. The 1350 to 2000 square feet built-up area gives us plenty of room. We liked that it has a dedicated children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. The price for our 3 BHK was around 75 Lakh, which felt acceptable for the size and amenities. However, the traffic on the main road leading to Vidyaranyapura can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a drawback. The project itself is quiet though.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in MaEnclave for my parents who live in Bengaluru. They wanted something ready to move in, and this project fit the bill. The 975 to 1275 square feet area for the 2 BHK is adequate for them. I'm happy that it has essential amenities like a children's play area and a multipurpose room, which they will use. The location in Vidyaranyapura, North Bangalore, is convenient for them. My only concern is the distance to Aster CMI Hospital, which isn't provided, but the Vidyaranyapura Bus Station is nearby, which is good. Overall, the price point was reasonable.
