The built-up area of 1760 square feet is adequate for their needs. The location on Rajpur Road, Kishanpur, is well-connected and close to essential services. Markx Infra Home has a decent reputation. The price of approximately 88 Lakh seemed reasonable from my research. The inclusion of amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and reliable power backup ensures they have a comfortable living experience. The presence of utility shops within the complex is also very convenient for them.
