I bought a 1 BHK, 450 Sq.ft built up, for around 15 Lakhs. It was ready to move in by January 2024. The proximity to Zenith Super Specialist Hospital is also a bonus, though not directly relevant to my needs. Mark Property Solution developed this project. The car parking is a significant issue here; it's very congested and finding a space is a daily challenge. This needs improvement for better resident experience.
