I looked at the 3 BHK which has a carpet area starting from 1211 square feet. The gated community aspect with 24x7 security is important for me. I did notice some dust and construction debris around the entrance from the main road, which is a bit of a concern. Hopefully, that gets cleaned up soon. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus for a busy schedule. I am still exploring the immediate neighborhood for essentials but the Vora Bazar location is central.
