Having the Bhavnagar State Transport Bus Stand a short distance is super helpful for my commute. We also liked that the project is ready to move in, so we don't have to wait. The developer, Salim Ibrahim Ganiyani, has delivered a clean product. Our only concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, and we have two vehicles. We checked out Marina 10 Residency as we wanted something ready to move. The 3 BHK flat we looked at had a carpet area of 990 square feet, which is decent for us. It's great that Mahdi School is just a minute away and the hospital is also very close. The lift is functional. Salim Ibrahim Ganiyani is the developer here. The main issue for us is the noise from the nearby road, especially during the day. It’s quite noticeable even from inside the apartment. We are still considering it because of the location and readiness, but the noise is a significant concern we need to think hard about.

Finally took the plunge and bought my fit flat at Marina 10 Residency. The 3 BHK apartment size is good, around 953 square feet carpet area, which feels spacious enough for me. Location in Vora Bazar, Krishnanagar is quite convenient, especially being a short distance from Mahdi School and a short distance HCG Hospital. That proximity was a huge factor for me. The building has a lift, which is essential. Salim Ibrahim Ganiyani seems to have a decent reputation. I visited the site and it looked well-maintained. The only slight worry is that the area can get a bit busy during peak hou, but I think that's normal for a developing locality.
