This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Marathwada Green Space Residency. I was looking for something in Aurangabad and this project caught my eye. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is between 530 to 564 sq.ft. I really liked the indoor games facility and the community buildings. The fact that it is ready to move in, completed in August 2020, also made the decision easier. Marathwada BuildeAnd Developeseem to have focused on basic necessities. The only thing I'm slightly concerned about is parking; the closed car parking might get a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, I am happy with my fit investment.
