It's ready to move, which is a huge plus for me. The 24x7 security and video door security were important factoI also appreciate the club house and indoor games for downtime. The location in Sector 82 is okay, reasonably close to the hospital at nearby. My main concern is the parking, I hope it's not too difficult to find a spot for my car on a daily basis. The price of 1.77 Crore for a 3 BHK is substantial, but the amenities make it feel worth considering.
