This is my fit property purchase, and I chose a plot at Mapsko Aspr Hills. I liked that it’s a gated community with good security. The location in Sector 78, New Gurgaon, seems like a developing area. I looked at a plot size of 179.33 Sq.yd. The price is quite substantial, around 4.09 Cr, which was a stretch for my budget, but the builder, Mapsko Builde, has a reputation. They mention internal roads and footpaths, which is standard. The main concern for me is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit annoying. Also, the metro connectivity is quite far off.
