We bought a 2 BHK apartment in Maphar Zenith for our retirement. It is 1800 square feet, providing ample room. The price was around 72 Lakhs, which was a significant investment for us, but the location in Banjara Hills is excellent. It's close to KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals, which is reassuring. We appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The building has lifts and power backup, which are crucial. While the project was completed in 2012 by Maphar Constructions, it has held up well. The only slight drawback is the traffic noise sometimes, given it's a prime location. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.

I purchased a 3 BHK at Maphar Zenith because I needed more space. The 1000 square feet configuration is cozy but works for me. It was priced around 40 Lakhs. Being ready to move was a huge plus, as I didn't want to wait. The amenities like 24x7 security and a swimming pool are important for me. The location in Naveen Nagar is convenient for my commute to work. One thing I've noticed is that parking can get a little tight, especially during evenings. The building has lifts which are essential. Maphar Constructions delivered this project a while ago, so it's established. I'm happy with the purchase for now.

I picked up a unit in Maphar Zenith as an investment, specifically the 3 BHK which is 1000 square feet, costing approximately 40 Lakhs. The reason for investing here is the established location in Banjara Hills, West Hyderabad. While the project was completed in June 2012 by Maphar Constructions, the area continues to develop, offering good rental potential. It's ready to move, which is always a bonus for investolooking for quick rentals. The proximity to the metro station is a plus point for tenants. My main concern is that the OC received status is not available, which can sometimes be an issue for future resale or loans. Still, the price point is attractive for this area.

As a chartered accountant, I analyzed Maphar Zenith before deciding on a purchase for my family. The 2 BHK at 1800 square feet was appealing for its spaciousness, priced at 72 Lakhs. The location in Banjara Hills, near Nasr Girls' School and a hospital, provides excellent social infrastructure. The project by Maphar Constructions is ready to move, which simplifies the process. The amenities like a jogging track and 24x7 water supply are practical. However, I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to newer developments, even considering the built-up area. Also, the lack of readily available OC information is a point of caution from a financial pepective. The building has lifts and security.

Finally got my fit flat at Maphar Zenith. I was looking for something ready to move in Banjara Hills, and this fit the bill. The 2 BHK is about 1800 square feet, which feels quite large for a fit home. It was priced at around 72 Lakhs, which was at the top of my budget but seemed reasonable for the area. The location is good, close to Irrum Manzil Metro station, which will be useful. I did notice a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in Hyderabad. The developer, Maphar Constructions, seems to have completed this project back in 2012. Overall, it feels like a solid start for me.
