The price was around 79.84 Lakhs. Being ready to move was a huge relief, no waiting with kids. Maphar Constructions has included good amenities like recreational facilities and solid waste management. The location in North Hyderabad, Red Hills is developing nicely. The only slight issue is that the roads leading to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty during the day, but once you are inside the complex, it's quiet. The 24X7 water supply is also a plus.
