We are looking at Manu Sri Venkateswara Crest for our new home. The proximity to The Hyderabad Public School is a huge factor for us, making the daily commute for the kids much shorter. We looked at the 2 BHK configuration, which has a saleable area of 1024 Sq.ft, offering enough space for our family. The project is under construction until February 2027. The location in Sharadha Nagar is developing, but we are slightly worried about the dust and traffic noise from the main roads nearby, especially Uppal X Roads which is nearby. However, the inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and water conservation measures is reassuring. Manu Constructions seems to be focusing on basic necessities.

The presence of basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and a Sewage Treatment Plant is good. However, I found the access road to the project site a bit narrow, which might be inconvenient sometimes. It’s a developing area, so I am hoping for further improvements. The proximity to Nagole Metro Station at nearby is a plus for future travel.
